OPI-VRI . Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced over-the-phone- interpreters to join our dynamic team. As an over-the-phone interpreter, you will facilitate communication between clients and limited English proficiency individuals in real-time over the phone. This role requires exceptional language proficiency, cultural competency, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while delivering accurate interpretations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Provide accurate and clear interpretation services in real-time over the phone for clients and limited English proficiency individuals across various industries.

Translate verbal communications accurately and impartially, maintaining the tone and context of the original message.

Adhere to professional interpreting standards, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality policies.

Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness while interpreting conversations between parties with diverse backgrounds.

Manage interpretation assignments efficiently, ensuring timely response and availability to meet client needs.

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and limited English proficiency individuals to facilitate smooth interpretation processes.
